Starting around last spring (2023) I have noticed that the platter plates are not the same quality they have been for the 20 years I have been using Chinet paper plates. Did you switch materials? These new plates soak any liquids through immediately. They are not as sturdy as they once were. Time to find a new brand to use.

When I got them it brought me back. I love them they’re very handy and sturdy. But if you let HOT steamy food sit long, as every paper plate, it’ll start to get flimsy. But it’s still good!

These don’t get soggy when you have hot food on them and won’t absorb the liquids either. I love these plates and have been using them for years!

If your eating something very greasy on them I advise to u to double the plates over time the grease will make it soft. During our Easter dinner these plates got the job done and more.
