Hi, Jean - Thank you for reaching out to let us know about your experience. If you'd like to share any additional feedback, please email MyLife@mychinet.com or call 1-800-847-4129. Again, we thank you for bringing this to our attention and taking the time to share your thoughts.

Hi! No one likes a soggy party, and this one is on us. Chinet Classic® plates and bowls are made from pre-consumer recycled material and pressed into form. We love using recycled materials, but it means we are constantly re-evaluating and optimizing the manufacturing process. Because of that, you didn't get our best product, and we apologize. We are working to correct the issue. In the meantime, feel free to contact a representative by email at MyLife@mychinet.com or call 1-800-847-4129. Thank you!
