[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The classic canned chili, Hormel is my favorite brand of canned chili . Good flavor, packed full with beans and some meat. I like that it is not a watery tomato base. perfect for a quick bowl or great in recipes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very tasty! I've bought other cans of chili and they just aren't the same. Hormel always has a great texture and doesn't feel like I'm eating dog food or slop. The beans are still intact and the best part is that it's not too salty.

I sent an email asking why the heck did you put Soy Flour in chili and got a response of oh thank you for the suggestion. Guess what it is not a suggestion!!!! I am allergic to that crud and expect to see in desserts such Little Debbie and Hostess is flooded with that junk too. You all need to create a better warning label for Soy Flour. You done lost a consumer of all of your Hormel products. Goodbye!

I have literally been eating Hormel Chili all my life. I'm 54. Dad used to make chili dogs, or just give it to us in a bowl with crackers. Mom would mix it with macaroni and put a little Parmesan on top & call it chili mac back in the 60s/70s. I went to make some chili mac yesterday. Opened the can and there was half a can of chili, with chili flavored water in the bottom of the bowl. It was flavorless and awful. With the weather turning, Hormel Chili was one of my favorite go-tos. I don't know what you guys did, but you just lost a lifelong customer. Guess, I'll start looking at Wolf brand or Chunky from now on. The end of an era. Sad!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Hormel Chili with Beans, best chili ever because it has great taste and it really fills you up. I can remember when I was just a small child my mom used to feed us this. It was good then and it is good now. I am a big chili eater and I trust the Hormel brand for my family now. It has low fat, no artificial ingredients and it is very versatile. I love making hot dogs with chili, nachos, burritos and just eating it out of the bowl, maybe add a little cheese. When it's cold it warms you up. Wherever I shop I buy this chili and I never buy anything else, and if there is no Hormel then I go somewhere else. I highly recommend this brand and style before my other. Just love it!

All we could find was the "all natural" form of this chili, something your website doesn't even have pictured. Photo on the front of the can clearly showed a slice of jalapeno. YUCK! Those of us who want mild chili don't want chili peppers or cayenne, etc, in our chili. We are so disappointed, wondering if we'll ever have our favorite canned chili again. Neither of us enjoys getting burned by our food, so we don't enjoy spicy anything. Can you fix this back the way it used to be? For 40 years we've bought nothing but your brand of canned chili, but if this continues, that will come to an end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the Hormel Chili I tried tasted the same (with the exception of the hot). Very good, great on top of taco salad, in quesadillas, with queso as a dip... great taste, very filling! And didn't taste artificial or greasy.

This is filling and hearty and everyone loves it! We like to do nachos, chili cheese dogs, a chili dip for game day! So many possibilities and all quick and easy! We love it!

I bought a can of my favorite chili Hormel with beans. I did not notice the can looked a little different. When I opened it and poured it in a bowl I noticed there is onions in it. I also noticed there is what looks like a jalapeno pepper on the can. This is no longer my favorite chili it is way too spicy and not near as good as the plain old stuff that you used to have. If you don't go back to the old recipe you have lost a long time customer.
