The flavors are perfect, and the chunks of beef and beans pair well with just about anything we serve. We like to mix the chili with hotdishes, eat on hotdogs, or just throw in a bowl, microwave, and it's perfect on its own. We will be using Hormel Chili for years to come!!

I love that I don't have to add anything to it. It taste great how it is. There are plenty of beans and they are firm. Its is a great alternative and convenient if you don't have time to cook it. I also thought of many different combinations and foods it can be served with. Compared to other brands that I've tried it is so much better and no can taste. I will definitely be buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chili was so delicious and satisfying. We paired it with some canned biscuits and put cheese on top. It had great flavor and was very meaty. The beans were done well all the way through. It had the right amount of spices and tasted so good! I really enjoyed it. It had more meat than similar products and so much more depth in the flavor. It tasted homemade to me and we will definitely buy this again! I usually turn my nose up at canned chili for more than a hot dog topping but Hormel Chili with beans made quite a meal on its own!

I have loved your chili ever since I was a little boy, and now it tastes like cardboard! My wife liked Spam and you changed it and now she will not buy it again. I loved your chili and now I won't buy it again. I rated it one star because there was there was no "no star" box to check. I am really disappointed and sad that it has changed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the flavor was good and meaty. There were no vegetable chunks like some varieties, just the meat and beans. The beans, however, seemed to be not cooked all the way and were a little harder than expected and harder than other varieties. This is a decent alternative to homemade chili if you just want a quick meal or topper for items like cornbread, chips, or a baked potato. It was hardy and with a very slight spiciness to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HORMEL Chili with Beans was a pretty simple, basic style chili. It is very quick and easy to prepare. It had a good flavor and texture. The consistency was a little thicker than I prefer however.

I picked up a case of Hormel Chili with beans and am hoping I have stumbled upon a bad batch. Reading the other reviews here my hope is starting to get dashed. I always buy a case because one or two cans is never enough when this stuff is made right. Now I have a case I don't want to finish because the first two cans have a horrible sour flavor. At first I thought it was just me but the second can a couple days later confirmed the issues. I truly hope this is only a fluke. Hormel please look into these complaints. I would hate to not be able to make chili pie for the kids using the Hormel from my childhood.
