[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hormel seems to have changed the flavor of their chili and it is for the better! This has a slightly spicier taste, but not hot spicy. My family and I all enjoyed this flavor improvement. We also like that there aren't any artificial ingredients in this. Other brands we have had, have artificial ingredients and high fructose corn syrup which can give foods a strange flavor. This was just fresh tasting. It made a good, quick to prepare meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a fan of the Hormel chili without beans to use on hot dogs but never tried this one until recently. This isn't too bad for canned chili. The flavor is good and it tastes great with cheddar cheese added on top. This isn't as good as homemade chili but it definitely works well for a quick lunch of dinner if you don't have time to make a batch of it homemade. I will definitely buy this in the future. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hormel chili with beans was so tasty for being none homemade. I warmed it up on the stovetop for about 15 minutes making it nice and hot. I added a little salt to it because I like a lot of salt in my food. The consistency was thick but not too think. I love how thick it was. If I would change one thing about it, I would add more meat and fewer beans. It seemed to have a lot of beans in it.

I can remember when I was just a small child my mom used to feed us this. It was good then and it is good now. I am a big chili eater and I trust the Hormel brand for my family now. It has low fat, no artificial ingredients and it is very versatile. I love making hot dogs with chili, nachos, burritos and just eating it out of the bowl, maybe add a little cheese. When it's cold it warms you up. Wherever I shop I buy this chili and I never buy anything else, and if there is no Hormel then I go somewhere else. I highly recommend this brand and style before my other. Just love it!

You make several styles of something you call chili, why can't you also make the kind that all of us baby boomers grew up with??? The last can of your product I purchased smelled like Ken-l-Ration dog food and was nothing but mush. I try now to never Hormel products as a result of you ruining my chili.

I picked up a case of Hormel Chili with beans and am hoping I have stumbled upon a bad batch. Reading the other reviews here my hope is starting to get dashed. I always buy a case because one or two cans is never enough when this stuff is made right. Now I have a case I don't want to finish because the first two cans have a horrible sour flavor. At first I thought it was just me but the second can a couple days later confirmed the issues. I truly hope this is only a fluke. Hormel please look into these complaints. I would hate to not be able to make chili pie for the kids using the Hormel from my childhood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very tasty! I've bought other cans of chili and they just aren't the same. Hormel always has a great texture and doesn't feel like I'm eating dog food or slop. The beans are still intact and the best part is that it's not too salty.

I bought a can of chili with beans and a can of chili without bean. Opened the chili without beans and it was not as before. No chili flavor, thin, and mostly tomato taste. So I opened the chili with beans and the product was thick in the bottom of the can. A bit darker than The last time and the taste was just bad. Not the same as just two weeks ago. We use the chili without beans for chili cheese dip. Glad I didn't ruin the cheese. What happened? Hormel chili with beans has been a "go to" weekend lunch for a long time. Disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before getting to sample the Hormel Chili box, I hadn't tried the Hormel brand of Chili. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it! My daughter (very picky) also really enjoyed Hormel Chili! It had a wonderful flavor and plenty of meat and beans. The meat had a great texture, it was like I had added my own ground beef... It was very tender and meaty. We loved this chili and have since switched brands and been buying Hormel instead! We definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had canned Chili but was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Filling and great for a quick dinner or lunch. Not as good as homemade, but for a quick lunch or dinner on a busy day, I'd definitely eat it again.
