It's got more peanut pieces than regular chunky peanut butter and I feel like it fills me up faster. It's harder to spread on anything, which is why I prefer to eat it by itself. Overall, when you only have a minute to spare, a little dab will do ya.

He loves the Super Chunk. It is full of peanuts, I mean a lot of peanuts are in this jar. It has a very yummy peanut taste.

My only complaint is that perhaps it may be a bit TOO chunky. My son had some trouble spreading this. We just spooned some out and popped it in the microwave for 15 seconds. Worked like a charm! The flavor is very good and it is a hearty spread. Especially if chunky is your thing!

My favorite "go-to" for a quick meal is a peanut butter sandwich, a small salad, and an apple or other fruit. It just hits the spot. They've changed the formulation over the years but retained the same basic flavor. I use the creamy mostly for cooking/baking: peanut butter cookies, peanut sauce for satay or summer roll dip, etc. The Super Chunk is for eating -- sandwiches, peanut butter & celery, peanut butter and crackers, etc. All things in moderation -- this isn't low-cal, but it doesn't take much to satisfy the hunger pangs.

What I enjoy most about all of the chunky Skippy peanut butters is that there are a lot of chunks, unlike some other peanut butters. Not only are there many chunks, but they are filled with smaller pieces of peanut, which makes for a really pleasant textural experience. I will definitely buy this again!
