We eat SPAM a number of ways, but the most common is thinly fried in a pan till one side has a bit of crisp to it. We can get so posessive that my 18 year old son will write his name on a can in the pantry to ensure he gets some before we run out of stock. I say stock because we buy in bulk sometimes. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner I have dishes that call for SPAM and everyone loves it!

My mom made us 9 kids what she called "Pizza Burgers".Why pizza burgers I have no clue but that's what we still call them.1 can of spam and 1 lb Velvetta.Put in the silver bowl and have a child or 2 chop with the round silver chopper thing.When chopped in pieces put a spoonful on a hamburger bun (open face style).Place them on a cookie sheet under the broiler.They are done when cheese is melted and Spam is sparkely hot.These are the best things ever.We have even had them for Xmas eve.I like Spam right out of the can too.

We eat it fried, mixed with other foods like eggs, beans, in bread or a flour tortilla. I want to try it with rice like your commercial. My family doesn't like when I slice the spam because I also love love love to eat it as I'm cutting it . My 3 yr old grandson gets mad at me, he thinks I'm going to eat all of it .

I grew up eating this product straight out the can or fried up in the morning or the evening my grandfather would bring it out on the boat every fishing trip something I do with my son still to this day hopefully it will be around for my grandchildren to Amen to spam.

Spam fed our nation during The Great Depression and fed our American Forces during WWII. If it was good enough for my grandparents,it's good enough for me! I love it baked with a brown sugar glaze,topped with pineapple or fried in butter for a sandwich with white bread and mayo. (The bread crust removed,please).
