Always a favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spam has always been a favorite in our household. It is so versatile and easy to prepare. We fry it for breakfast with scrambled eggs, use it in omelets or make fried Spam sandwiches for lunch. We've thinly sliced it and added veggies to it for a quick and easy stir fry for supper. My nephew (who is now 25 years old) is an extremely picky eater but Spam has always been one of his favorite things to eat.

I have for 50 years

My husband I love Spam I cooked many different ways for my kids They loved it We all still do I made good cheap meals on a very struck budget. My kids favorite was I made large diced spam and added to Mac and cheese My kids make it for their family. The loved baked spam. Made just like small ham brown surges and pineapple. So good

I love spam, been eating it since I was a little kid.

I remember as a child we would open a can of spam with a little thing I think it was a can key. You would twist the metal off with the key. Loved eating it straight out of the can but also loved throwing it in a frying pan and fry it up. (Sometimes putting it in scrambled eggs) Sometimes we would cut it up and put in kraft Mac and cheese. I also did this when my children were younger.

The best of the rest

I am 100% for classic spam we use it sliced thinly in a nice salad, but the best is sliced and fried crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside with lettuce, tomato and mayo on toast. But now I see we have Spam with cheese seriously need to find this product and give it a try both ways. Can't wait to find it my mouth can already taste it. Love this product can't understand why people hate it so much. Thank you for a great Spam day.....

It wasn't bad but I probably wouldn't buy it again.

This morning my classmates and I all got to try SPAM in order to find things in poems (Simile + Personification + Alliteration + Metaphor = SPAM) I tried original SPAM while some other people tried bacon SPAM. I found that, when fried, it tastes like the pork my dad makes, with a different texture. It was really good with Ritz crackers in my opinion. If I was running low on food, I might eat SPAM again. It was really salty though, which is why I took off a star.

Every week!

When my son was working as a park ranger for an environmental group he was not allowed meat bc of the vegans in the group. Sending him cases of spam and spam singles we're Lifesavers, literally! He oved span hash every weekend. Thanks for such a portable, great tasting, nutritious product.

Try it, you'll like it

Never tried SPAM before until visiting Hawaii where it seems to be quite the staple. Tried this single serving option cut up with scrambled eggs and I have to admit it was pretty tasty! Maybe not the best thing for me but I'm not opposed to having it occasionally as a treat with my eggs.

My family and I grew up eating SPAM all day!

It is our go to food. We eat it anytime of the day. I slice thick and placed in the oven for 10 minutes. My family and I eat with rice and eggs for breakfast. Or mix it with diced potatoes and chicken liver for dinner. We even put it in sliced bread with mayo for snacks. We can do anything we want to do with our SPAm because it goes well with anything!
