I use this brand for making tamales and other Mexican dishes. I've tried other brands but this one is the best.

This is a fine ground, good tasting corn meal. My husband uses it on okra, squash, seafood, anything he fries.

Easy to work with. Added salt and smoked paprika before adding water. This is a little bland if you don't add a bit of salt. Great for red tacos.

love this product for homemade tortillas or fried quesadillas. easy to work with and have never had an issue with it.

I tried this for the first time.. I usually get the readymade corn tortillas from the store but when I tried making fresh from scratch with my mom.. it was very easy easy and I loved it.. my enchiladas turned out great.. this flour was recommended by my mom.. as it has to be Masa Carina for making homemade tortillas.

OK this is the stuff needed to make tortillias. Want real mex-tex fried pork chops. Use this for breading, result your chop tastes like the chips from your fav MexRestaurant. I use mild very thick salsa on them. By the way you can not get this with regular cornmeal. I like them maybe you will too.
