Honestly as a heavy flow type gal this was soooo useful! (Might rash if left too long but perfectly fine at night. I barely feel it and don't even smell it when I get rid of it in the morning. Super easy to get rid of with no leaking blood easily rolled and thrown away. Might be a little bulky but perfect with security as a heavy bleeder.

These and the #5's do really well! This is especially true if you get the long ones. They cover the panty well with the wings. I like the packaging because it's always so appealing and does seem to stay together well to keep dirt and lint out when tossing in a purse or bag.
