I used it for heavy flow and worked great. Heavy heavy flow had to change it every 15 to 20 minutes. Yes, I have no energy with this type of flow. Heavy heavy is not every month.but when I am ona heavy heavy flow. I have to double or sometimes triple pads. While sleep the pad moves around. With slightly well fitted underwear. Barely any movement. Great for overnight protection. Has 2 wing sets, one in the middle and one closer to the back. Nice amount of adhesive to keep in place. No awful perfumes on them either

Always Pads with Wings are what l usually use. They are comfortable to use throughout the day. I like using always overnight pads with wings. On my heavy days because they really do protect you from any leakage or stains. The pads are easy to apply and remove.

Absolutely love this. It has really good leakage protection as it's really absorbant. The only downside is that it scrunches when asleep but that's like most. I've been using ultra since I got my period and I'm glad that they're my first. Personally they're the best

These pads are absorbent they last all night but sometimes they move out of place. That's what I don't like. The wings sometimes don't be working in my particular panties that I use. I am a plus size girly and sometimes they don't fit to plus size underwear even when I think I've got my size pads. But overall for my years that I've been using these, I haven't had too many complaints. I've only had a couple of times for blood actually got on my panties but overall is good. I trust them overnight.

Unfortunately, they irritated our skin so badly that we had to switch to organic cotton pads instead.

This is a really good brand for me aswell as the pads i use these all night aswell as all day especially for a plus size girlly i definitely make this my go to pad and my only go to i could never go with these i have full coverage with these pads the absorbance is really good as well

These were my go to for years because it was the only thing that actually prevented leaks, stayed comfortable, and had the best absorption. Now I use the thinner version but I still use Always brand. I'm a rough sleeper and move frequently so I need something that will move with me. These do that.
