Since my last purchase, I recently purchased the new and improved (#6). The product does not compare to the previous. Will not purchase again. The pad doesn't hold up and the plastic disposal bag is far less quality. As another reviewer stated if you want to raise the price just do it while maintaining same quality. Such a disappointment. Will look for another product.

My mom used to get these since she gets really heavy flows throughout the night and the morning, and sometimes during my first few days, I would wear them during the night as well because I also get heavy flows, and mainly in the morning when I first get out of bed. Even though they are very big, I would feel very comfortable knowing I wasn't going to stain anything, and the pad had me fully protected. We only stopped buying these pads because my dad gave us a year supply of pads. I would recommend them for overnight use, but I would not wear them out, it's definitely going to look obvious that you're wearing a pad lol, they're really thick pads, and they're really long.

These are basic pads, I've tried so many different brands and sizes growing up and these are what I have to use if I have a really extra flow and need protection. A lot of pads don't even protect against your undies from staining or overflow even though the pads advertise against it. I guess these are just as good as any. These are affordable and can be found at your local grocery stores and markets. If you're plus size, I recommend these.

I used these when I had an operation done and they helped me tremendously because I needed something that had better absorbency than what I typically use for my periods. I normally would get the number 2 ones but heavier flow calls for a better absorbency. Definitely recommend these to anyone who is interested in trying them out!!

I am going to be honestly with you, I get extremely heavy periods. I'm talking I have to wear 2 of these bad boys at a time (shout out to my autoimmune disease lol). Regardless, these have been the most efficient pads that I've used. They hold well & seem to “leak” less than other brands.

i have endometriosis, which makes the first couple days of my period very heavy, and these pads are great for overnight wear. i really like the fact that they have wings; they make me feel a lot more secure than those that don't have wings. sometimes i wear these pads during the day when i'm on my period and just lounging around the house because they're comfy and secure.

I have used Always pads before. The pads provide decent absorbency and leak protection. I would say the pads are comfortable to wear. Always has different sizes and lengths. They come in thick or thin. I would recommend this product. Sometimes, it can be pricey. Overall , it is a good product.
