Even in the times of my gravest flow I was go to go through out the night without any leaks. The wings helped keep it in place. The only issue I've had was if I wasn't quite in need of this size it would some times aggravate my thighs from the wings.

This product has been amazing. I use it when I am on my heaviest days. They are perfect for overnight and during the day because you don't have to consistently keep changing it. Always has always been my go to for my heavy flow. Overnight is my heaviest flow. Fibroids have caused me to bleed very heavy. These always maxi extra heavy overnight pads with wings are a godsend. I have always found myself a fan of the ultra thin pads. Over the last several months, I have been having issues with hormones and heavier than normal periods.
