We're sorry you’re not getting the softness or long lasting scent you expected. Downy Ultra Infusions is designed to provide a great scent along with freshness, static control and softness. The lack of softness could be caused by the detergent not being completely rinsed out of the garment.This usually happens with large or heavy laundry loads where the fabric can't circulate so it becomes trapped in the folds and doesn't rinse out well. Also be sure that your fabric softener is added during the rinse cycle, and not earlier in the wash cycle. We hope this helps and will be sure to share your comments with our team.
