Love this product but had it sent to me and since it’s winter in Minnesota, it came in a congealed consistency. My fault, I should have known better.

Love this softener. This scent is calming. My husband loves it as well. If I don’t have this he doesn't want me to do the laundry.

It’s just ok. Doesn’t really soften as well as regular Downy and I prefer the scent of Members Mark Lavender Vanilla (seasonal) better

Really wish Sam's kept this in regular stock along with the Downy Unstoppables in the lavender serenity scent.

I love the smell of this. It's not overly strong. I use with the scent beads. I love the smell. Fresh and calmimg.

Scent is so relaxing and inviting, clothes come out from washer soft and has a pleasant texture, one of my favorite softeners
