Alice, we're sorry you had this experience. We want you to love the feel, scent and finish you get from our Downy Infusions CALM. We completely understand that everyone has very subjective and personal scent preferences, which is why we offer many versions of our products, including an unscented version. If you have any questions, or if we can help you further please give us a call at 800-688-7638. We're here to help.

We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, Joe, as we can assure you that our fabric conditioners go through many quality checks to ensure that you can enjoy the best results. We'll be sure to pass this feedback along to the rest of our team. A weaker scent could be caused by the product being exposed to extreme heat or cold, so we suggest storing it a room temperature area. Also, the fragrance may fade if the container has been opened for a long time. We recommend you use the product within a year. We hope this helps. We'd be happy to learn more about your experience and answer any questions you may have, so please give us a call at (800) 688-7638 when you're able.

Hi LilyStar! We're sorry for the confusion. We discontinued Lavender Serenity a few years ago. It may be that your Walmart store substituted CALM as a suitable replacement. Please reach out to them at 1-800-925-6278.

We appreciate the review, Peggy. If there's anything we can do better or if you'd like to share more, please don't hesitate to give the Downy Team a call at (800) 688-7638.
