Keep writing the company to bring back the old vanilla lavender scent! It was amazing and didn't smell of the grotesque woodsy smell that this product has!

I really enjoyed the old lavender and vanilla scent. The whole house would smell wonderful, of lavender and vanilla. There is no vanilla in the new scent and it sure does not smell of lavender. Why the change?

I had terrible sneezing, runny nose and feeling miserable every morning after using Downey Calm-even when on allergy Rx. I quit using this softener and my allergies symptoms disappeared.

I literally never write reviews for products and used to never use fabric softeners because of the artificial scents but this one is the bomb. Subtle, smells great, lasts a long time.

I bought fabric softener and sheets. Can't smell either one. I thought maybe it was just me but my 20 yr old said nope not calming at all can't smell it.

We have used this for a couple of months. And we couldn’t find out why our clothes were looking splotchy and kinda bleached looking. Turns out this stuff has ruined a lot of our clothes and sheets. So buyer beware.
