My mom had a stroke last November and used these full-time afterwards, so glad tgese were available and work or i would bave been doing a lot of laundry. She wears them all day still but only uses one a day now that shes better. At first she did have some accidents at night and only leaked a couple of times, but these are better than others we've tried. Just glad shes down to one now, got kìnd of expensive using 4 or 5 a day. Totally recommend, shes 125 lbs and uses the large because its easier for her to pull them up by herself, her left side is weak and not a lot of feeling on her left side.

I use a lot of this product because I like them better than depends. I use to could but these in a large pack at the store but now I have to order them on line because the store doesn't carry them any longer. I wish the store would carry them again. Love the product

The design/pattern might appeal to older women. We didn't get to discuss this with our mother. She was living in MC already and sometimes having accidents, so we just removed all underwear and left this in the drawer, night table and bathroom storage space. At night they add a heavy duty pad as well - when she has UTIs now, it shows up in bed wetting, where she can soak everything! We had to add bed pads as well - helps to reduce charges for all the extra laundry! 4 star because they are comparable to other brands and I personally haven't had to use them!

When I first started wearing these they were wonderful, then came the war, quality went down. Now packaging.& size has changed. The size is smaller, box says L 14-20, 170-260. WRONG Very tight on me! Padding is no better! I'm changing to the gray men's pants!
