My mom has tried other similar products but likes the fit of theses the best! The way they hold up, pull up and down she loves! Will only use these! Yep mom is 88 yrs old and is hooked but a XXL is hard to find in a store is my only major complaint! And it is a major complaint!

I buy these for an elderly lady and they are super convenient and easy to pull up and yet do not look like: "diapers for adults" they are pretty, and I refer to them as disposable undies instead of diapers which no one likes to wear. I feel this product helps to retain a little dignity for the wearer!

I enjoy Always Discreet, however the order I just received, the Underwear was a different color. The underwear is usually white this time they look pinkish. Also the underwear is a lighter weight than the other order I purchased. Maybe this is a newer product and if it is, I will continue to purchase and wear them.

I have tried many different kind, Depends, Store Brand etc and have found these are the best. They don't leak, last longer and do not show through my clothing. I would like to say that the first time I bought the size recommended on the package. I weigh 146 pounds and they said I should buy a medium… while they did fit, I found them too tight for me. The large is much more comfortable.

this is the second time I have ordered disposable adult underwear and both times, the boxes were not in a box or bag. it was put on the front porch for everyone to see. that's so very embarrassing and this is the second time this has happened. I only received 4 of these always under wear, but was charged for 5! You subbed crackers that i ask not too Toasteds for Sociables not even close for me! To top it all off the Hersheys you had delivered they put in the mail box instead of by my door. I am 76 years old and have a real bad knee and extra walking is not fun. I had all ready gotten my mail so it was an extra trip for these.

I need to wear these briefs for health reasons. They have always sent them inside a box. This time it came in the regular box with the label showing . I live in an apt and have to walk to a central mail box area. So everyone I saw also saw that I had adult briefs. It was embarrassing and I want to have them delivered in a brown box as before.

Excellent! I use them for overnite because the leg openings are tight enough (but comfortable) to prevent twisting, riding up, and over flow which can happen with underwear and a pad. I am a "very active" sleeper and change position often. These were the answer for me!
