Does the job, but it would work better if the leg part was a little tighter. The urine will come out through the leg hole for embarrassing situation.

Did not like as. they are cheapely made. They advertise 12 hour protection. More like 2 to 4. Will not buy again.

They are good for those little pee accidents when you cough or sneeze. I tend to cough a lot, so these keep me fresh if I'm out and about.
