these are great for heavy periods. they are easy to use day and night. the thickness is surprisingly comfortable. i don't like wearing them for long periods of time because they get "wrinkled"

No leaks during the day within reason, form fit to your body. On heavier days then use your own judgement, they're not fool proof. But they're the most comfortable and price effective brand. These are the only ones I use

Always pads are top tier! They stick the best to your panties and they have the best coverage. I don't have issues with It leaking through and they hold up for awhile in case you can't change as frequently.

I had issues with the wings not staying attached to the underwear, I like that they are long because my flow can be pretty heavy so it helps protect my underwear. They do tend to bunch up at times.
