These are good on the 3rd day of my flow. I can't wear these for the first few days, my flow is too heavy. They fit/stick to my panties just fine. No issues there. I have always been a fan of this brand.

I use this brand a lot when I buy pads. I like thin pads I don't like diaper pads makes me feel so uncomfortable I prefer to buy this when I start my month!
