This is a mega pack so it will last up to 5 months or more depending on your cycle. The pads are very comfortable and allows the ease to move freely without the worry of potential accidents. The packaging itself is nicenl as well. I would recommend this product to others because it provides dryness on your heaviest days so you don't stress that it may not work. I would use over and over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a leak with these and have been my go to pads for years. They are comfortable and stay in place especially with the wings. I use these at the beginning of my cycle and switch to the thin ones towards the end for lighter days.

I finally looked this up since I thought I was the only person having this problem. The pad rips as you are trying to pull it off of your panty and then gets bloody cotton everywhere. There is also little pieces of plastic stuck to your panties. It is horrible!!! Why did the manufacturer change the adhesive and ruin an awesome pad???

I've always used always. They must have changed something because the pads are now super sticky. Its a nightmare to remove off your undies. The adhesive will stick to your panties therefore ripping the pads itself, revealing the barrier that contains the cotton inside. Then the adhesive that remain on your undies stay there, refusing to come off. Bloody mess and unacceptable. I will no longer be purchasing! Good job ruining it Always and good luck.

i liked how it was thick so it would go through it, especially overnight. i just think that having wings is much more better than these because it could eventually leak through the sides of the pad and instead of it being on the pad it is a mess but i do recommend if it’s not a heavy flow.

I use these at night during my monthly. They are really thick, but have wings to for added protection. My daughter prefers these over any other pad, however, I would use a thinner option. We are limited to space in the bathroom, so I just purchase the one type for us to use

They cover a good portion of my underwear from front to back, as well as the sides since they have wings, without feeling bulky. I love that I can purchase them in this big "mega" pack so I don't need to worry about purchasing them monthly for each period - I can buy one pack and know I'll be covered for several periods.

I’ve been using the Always Maxi Size 3 Extra Long Super Pads with Wings, and honestly, they work so well for me! They’re super comfortable, stay in place because of the wings, and give me that extra coverage I need on heavier days. I feel protected and worry-free all day. Definitely a go-to!

I started using Always Maxi Long Supers on 4-14-12 and found when removing one after 8 hours use - small strips of adhesive left on microfiber undies. I could not remove this with my finger or with hand washing. I had to use Goo Gone which is unacceptable. I have used Always Ultra Thin Overnite without problems.
