Super absorbent for my heavy flow. I've used these for while. No one likes to talk about heavy periods but, when you live with them and find a product like this, you gotta share the love. Perfect!!! I always used to wear ultra thin pads but once I came across this pad I loved it. It absorbs abs ensures that you do not leak. Yes it is thick and kind of my be uncomfortable to walk around with it on but it does the job. I also love how this pad isn't so rough against the skin.
