For my girls at school, this will prevent ANY leaking. Even though I prefer scented pads at school I always have these in my emergency bag! And the best thing is that 3 get me through school (8 hours) without being scared. And 4 get me through the whole day when I'm not worrying as much at home.

I liked how they had great leak protection. They were way to long though and it felt like a diaper. Which I'm a plus size girl so i figured that would be better for me. The wings didn't stick very well and I had to reposition during ever restroom break. Overall a great pad but it has its flaws.

These pads are by far the best in overnight/heavy pads. The material is the most comfortable, doesn't come apart, and wicks away the moisture very quickly. These are worth every penny as I've tried some cheaper brands before and I'm always reminded why I need to stick with Always!

Always has been my go to for at least 20 years. The reasons are that they are super absorbent during my heavy flow and they’re thin, so I don’t feel like I’m wearing a diaper, and they absorb odor extremely well. I am starting menopause, now, but this will continue to be my regular brand until I no longer need them.

Bought these for postpartum recovery along with a box of the Always Flex foam ones. Honestly I dislike these very much! They roll around in my underwear and don't stick very well. They're not comfortable to sit on after a few minutes. I should have bought 2 boxes of the flex foam version as they worked much better. I do not recommend.

I dont ever have to worry about there being an accident ever when it comes to these pads. I love the wings because if there is a problem and I can't make it fast enough to change I know my underwear will still be protected!

These pads are long and good for nighttime Used for many years but I’m not a fan of the new wicking gel they use with some of their pads. The body heat and gel gave me weird pains so I’d recommend staying away for gel in liners can’t be good for vaginal health. When I switched to a non chlorine pad. Pain immediately went a way
