I keep buying my grandmother her Small/Med S/M PM size underware. She keeps saying I'm getting her Patite size and that she needs S/M size. My question is what does the PM under the S/M size mean? S/M PM ?

I am an 82 year old user of The Always Discreet women's pads and also the underwear. I am a diabetic and also on a water pill that has me drinking a lot of fluids everyday. The Always Discreet products are worth every penny.

Works great no leakage what so ever I had major surgery and I have bladder issues and could not make it make it to the bathroom in time and these saved me from embarrassment

I liked these because they are so comfortable and the fit is perfect. They also have a pretty design so that you don't feel old and in a clinical setting.
