These are awful. They don't look or fit like real underwear. May be ok for nighttime use but or as a backup to a pad, but I wouldn't wear them outside for anything.

Of all the various incontinence underwear I've tried, Always is consistently the most comfortable and the least likely to cause chafing. I just wish they were a bit stronger and faster. They occasionally do leak and have to be changed frequently.
