The Always womens underwear for incontinence do exactly what they say. I use maximum xl size. They absorb the urine leakage and do not leak. They leave me worry free when I am going out. I take a water pill and constantly have a need to use the bathroom this assures me I can make it there without any leakage on my clothes. Odor free. For me I change 2x a day. Very comfortable. The best is the price is affordable. I recommend the product highly. I would love some free sample coupons from manufacturer. It would be nice.

My grandmother in-law has alzheimers so we went thru trying to find good and absorbent but slim and comfortable.. we needed some that wouldn't leak if she had an accident while we were out.. THESE WE'RE IT! I haven't purchased any other kind since! These are not bulky on her and catch those accidents! These are worth the extra money and better than the more expensive brands also!! We tried several!

I use these at night because I have Rhuematoid Arthritis and sometimes I can not move fast enough to prevent leaking. I have tried numerous brands and these are by far the best. They are soft, they do not pinch my upper thigh, they are pretty, they hold a lot of liquid, they are very comfortable, almost like wearing nothing. I can't say enough good things. Just try them you will love them. You can buy cheaper ones but they will be stiff and unyielding. Pay a dollar or two more and get a good quality product that you will be satisfied with.

I buy these for my=93 yr old mother-in-law in assisted living. Walmart ships them directly to her. She likes this brand over others that we've experimented with. She says that the design on the front helps her figure out the front from the back, making it easy for her to take care of personal needs.

I have tried other brands but this is my favorite for feel, fit, odor (specifically lack of). They are very soft and feel like cotton. I wear size 7 underwear and use a large size in these disposables. One caveat however has to do with ordering online. Ordering online is required to receive the most economical price for a quantity of 56. This will be registered as qty. of 1 on your order. Make sure that you receive 2 packages of 28. I received only 1 package of 28, but had paid for 56. A quick call and pleasant to Customer Service remedied the shortage. I received my correct order in two days.

This review is for the women's Always adult “pull ups” underwear. These work well for my 80 year old mother. Very absorbent. Good stretch. She's able to take them on and off with ease. She is 5 foot 2” 165lbs with a large mid section - the L fit best. * She is able to wear the S/M as well but they are a tiny bit tighter. Because she is weak, she's not able to pull them up high enough like the L size. ** These are VERY comparable to the less expensive Assurance brand as far as how they are made and absorbency. The size L in Assurance are a teeny bit bigger than the Always. We have since switched to the Assurance ones along with Assurance XL wipes which are nice.

Out of Al the incontinency underwear Always Discreet is the best. Not Depends. Not Ten. Not Poise. Always use ALWAYS. I have had to release my entire bladder and Always Discreet did not fail. My insurance company used to send Assure for free but I had to buy Always out of pocket because Assure also failed. It's like you're wearing nothing when you don't wear Always. No accidents whatsoever and the fit is also perfect. As soon as you put on those other ones they are immediately loose and I'll fitting. They have no elasticity or cling. They lose shape as soon as you put them on. Use Always Discreet and you'll ALWAYS be protected and dry!

i am 18 months post stroke and really love the absorbancy of these. i don't jave any leaks as long as I'm standing and the underwear is pulled up all the way. sitting or laying down is a mess. while standing they work great for me. I'm glad i found these since what I tried before leaked andwet my clothes if I had an accident on the way to the bathroom.seems like these have been tested to do what they claim instead of ill fitting ,smelly other brands.

i will NEVER wear another tampon. wore these post birth, LIFE-CHANGING, im 3 years postpartum, and unless i plan to go swimming i opt for these. you cant see them through leggings, im not embarrassed, theyre not uncomfortable. i have endometriosis and have seen significant reduction in cramping vs using a tampon (yes even unbleached) or menstrual cup/disc. Ive also just never loved a pad, theyre bulky, sweaty? and i find myself constantly concerned im bleeding everywhere. but I've worn these with WHITE LINEN pants in broad daylight without asking my husband to shimmy a few paces back and "check me" lol! FIVE STARS! (also size 10/12 i wear a L and theyre definitely a little loose, i like the fit because im uncomfortable while on my period but if you want to feel more security maybe size down?)

These were awful. I'm returning them, minus 4. I did get the ok to return. It's sad I have this problem with urine but these diapers did not work. I couldn't make it from the bed to the bathroom without urine leaking g everywhere. I do not recommend them for anyone, unless their problem is a small issue.
