[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite brand! I didn't have the opportunity to try this but wow they are so comfy!! It fits perfectly in my skin and it doesn't feel like I'm using diapers. It prevents leaks and odors. It is perfect for a long trip cause I'm suffering from incontinence.

These are very comfortable I would like them to be a bit more thin but overall I like them, even my daughter ended up liking them the absorption is really good. They fit a bit snug but true to size. We purchased size medium and we were about 130 pounds at the time and 5'5. The are maybe a 5/10 for breathability.

I like everything that I buy here and since I can't walk, I love to receive everything in my house! Walmart has everything that you might think about so I'll always will shop on line. They are responsible and text you when things are at my door! Thank you, Walmart!!

My Mother is 99 yrs old and still at home by herself. She still takes care of herself but she needs the incontinence pants at night and it is working nicely. She likes them coming to her home for privacy. I live in another state and Walmart makes it easy to order them for her. They come in 2 days.

My mom now needs these, she has dementia, and they are such a huge help. I also personally handled them and was impressed with their softness, yet sturdy, and very cute printed bows in front. I've also bought these I like these I'll buy these in and the tena intimates ultimate pads the number six and I use them inside as an extra layer to absorb the leakage and they work great together it doesn't have a panty line and where people can tell what you're wearing I highly recommend these

I have tried cheap, moderate and expensive options in many stores and online and this fit and style and quality is what I want/need I am not overly active but I need something that doesn't bunch or roll down and force my real clothes to slip as well.

I used these after having my baby. They work perfectly. No leaks. No worrying about ruining clothes, sheets, or furniture. I had a cesarean and inside the diaper there's a sort of ruffle that hit right at the incision. I used a regular panty liner sideways right there and it helped protect the incision and kept it from getting irritated. I also recommend these for heavy menstral cycles and overnight protection. Worry less and relax more!

I have tried to use other brands of incontinence underwear for women and I have found "'Always Discreet" to be more comfortable than other brands. (It is embrassing enough to have to wear them but I am 87 years old so I guess it is just another "old age" product to get used to).
