Age related things take placed like sneezing, bad coughs from sickness, and laughing too hard with friends. We lose a little if that strengthens. These underwear are comfortable and protect ne when I need them the most.

Total control was okay the leak protection was decent. But you'd be subconscious about the sound that it makes versus regular underwear.

My mother used these pantries and she did say that th absorption of this panty is great and th comfort and fit is awesome! They do smell very nicely wth a powderish scent! They have great leak protection too! I do recommend this product to anyone with urinary leakage!

She said that they were very comfortable and the fit was really nice and not too bulky. They seemed to have breathability and controlled odor. The only issue she had was with the scent, they were highly perfumed and she said she would rather have unscented. I did agree that they were highly fragranced when I opened the pack for her. Overall, these seemed to perform great and provide a lot of comfort.

And They are so discreet you can't even tell you're wearing an always discreet pair of undies. I wasn't post partum but I am in my perimenopause era and my Flo has increased dramatically. I've been having trouble finding a pad at night that won't leak and I'm not waking up every 2 hours to change. I've also had trouble with my skin being too sensitive to use some products. I didn't have any of those issues with always product. I got the Large and size 20 was the size I needed. They fit great. They felt great. I didn't have any skin sensitivity issues, no leaking no odor, and will def be purchasing these for overnights!!!

They are discreet enough so no one knows you're wearing them, but they give me enough protection that I don't worry about leakages if I have to sneeze. Haha! They are so comfortable and breathable! They absorb quickly and smell like vanilla to me. They fit comfortably and have a bow on the front so you know the correct way to put them on. I recommend this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered always discreet incontinence cullottes in XXL based on my pant size. They are a. Perfect fit and very comfortable. They are really undetectable when I have them on under my pants. They are made from polyethylene and polyester and have a soft gel product to absorb urine. The fit is excellent and prevent leakage at the legs because of fit. I hadvto wear them for a while after I had an incontinence episodes an t by ey did. Not leak, still comfortable and there was no odor. They do not have a perfume smell which I appreciate. They almost feel like regular underpants. They are light and stretchy to ensure comfort. These rate at the top of incontinence products I have used and I would definitely recommend them. Product is not flushable.
