She is on dialysis and her kidney function isn't the best so she wears this type of protection for herself. The fit and odor control and sizing was perfect for my mom. She said she will buy these for herself after trying them.

These discreet underwear are made to assist people with incontinence to stay dry. I don't have enough leakage to be considered a problem, and to require this product, but I tried the product out to see. I normally wear regular liners and that is enough protection, but I was curious to see what type of protection was out there. The style and size of these discreet underwear is very nice. I thought the size was accurate, and the shape/style of the underwear are close to regular panties. However, the breathability of this product is close to none. My thoughts were that I was going to use these while on my menstrual cycle. Since I am not on it yet, I decided to wear a pair out, to get an idea of what this would feel like, and how it would hold up for someone who has true incontinence. I found that these would catch leakage, how much, I'm not really sure. I will conduct a separate test to determine that. What I also found was that these were very hot to wear. These underwear not only were very hot, but they didn't breathe at all. It was very difficult to wear in public and feel comfortable. These made me sweat three times more than regular underwear. This made the product very uncomfortable to wear. I would say that the consumer should find a better product, although these seem built to catch leakage, they are very uncomfortable to wear. If I were in the position that it required me to utilize these on a daily basis, I would rather wet myself, then wear these. The underwear themselves are comfortable, as long as I'm in my house.

That's where these come in not only do they control leaks but are comfortable and help control odor as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absorbent as advertised. I think I got 1 size too big which made it uncomfortable from a fit perspective. They are thin which is ideal depending on what pants I choose to wear. If needed in the future, will try a smaller size.

She has been having bladder leakage issues, and I thought these may help her. She is a size 16, so I chose the large which says fits up to a size 20, but my mom said these were made for maybe up to size 14. She could wear them but they were more like cheeky underwear. She did say they worked well and felt like normal underwear otherwise. She just had an issue with the fit on sizing.

The fabric is baby soft and the leg openings aren't tight at all. They're as thin and breathable as you'd want any underwear to be and super absorbent. They have a light scent too but not in the crotch area, so sensitive skin is SAFE! A huge perk is - THEY MAKE NO CRUNCHY OR CRACKLY SOUNDS so no one else has a clue you're wearing them! BONUS!!

This is true to size, great stretch, soft material, and No discomfort. I would recommend this product. This padded underwear can be worn anywhere, anytime, just not in the waters.
