They don't aggravate the skin or cause a rash, so they don't bother sensitive skin. If this is indeed something you need, they do exactly what they are supposed to do.

They just fit perfectly. I wore them for outings, shopping, get togethers, and no one knew I had them on, they fit perfectly, and I was extremely comfortable with them on. I did not restrict my usual soft drinks and liquids like water, or tea, like i usually would, because I have an over active bladder, and tea and soda can cause me a BIG problem on outings, and shopping. With the Always Discreet Protection I enjoyed my outings and never worried about having an accident, before making it to the ladies' room, or before I even had a chance to get out of my seat! I have M.S. and after sleeping all night, I start peeing as soon as I sit up. During the day when I start to go pee always pull-ups catch the little bit.. Thayer are soft, very absorbing and you can not see them with pants etc. I have been wearing them for 3 years and their the only ones I buy after trying the other products. Well worth the money.....
