I am petite and I love that this underwear is made to fit all body types by offering a wide range of sizes from small through XXL The S/M was perfect for me offering a snug fit ensuring that I won't have any leakage. This product turns your leakage into gel once it is absorbed leaving me with a dry surface and no odor. It also has a leak guard around the leg for extra protection of leakage down the leg. I find this underwear soft and comfortable to wear and it is very discreet under my clothes and yet still gives me maximum protection. I also love the soft pinkish color with the purple bow in front. It helps to make it feel more like underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Always products for years because they work for me and are a great value for my money but had not tried Always Discreet Underwear before now. First off, I need to say they not look or feel like a diaper. They fit just like your regular undies in the legs ,waist and bottom.Plus they are not noticeable under your clothes.So soft,comfortable and super absorbent to really keep you feeling dry. No signs of redness ,irritation or chafing  .Recommend to family and friends.

There was no unwanted leakage from this item. It was a bit big for me (5'6", 105 lbs). But it currently does not come in a smaller size. The item is extremely comfortable and no lines on outside clothing were noted from using this item. Durable and offers perfect perfection from bodily issues you wouldn't want others to see.

They are soft. Comfortable and breathable. They stay cool and feel just like regular underwear. They absorb quite a substantial amount without loosing its shape and do not leak at all.

They are soft and look good under pants or dresses. They feel comfortable when I wear them. Most importantly, though, they provide excellent protection. Would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was glad that I receceived this product to try and write a review on. I was looking for a better product to use and this product is it. Thus product gives more protection and is more comfortable to wear.

I have used these exclusively for 2 years and rated them 5 Star because they were 100% effective, the fit was superb, and no other Brand could compare. On a recent re-purchase it was noted that the packaging has changed. Though it is stated that the product is the same, I have consistently found the first 3 used from the new package to be not as effective. This is disappointing, and if there has been a change I will have to make an inquiry with Always regarding another comparable well-fitting product in their line which might better suit my needs? It is not my preference, but if there isn't I will have to seek out another Brand.

Y'all's I have been buying these for well over a year and have had issues with them leaking urine nearly EVERY NIGHT. Whether it be from the product not correctly fitting the butt area properly or the diaper just becoming full after only one elimination.
