They are thin, look very similar to traditional fabric underwear, and can be worn discreetly with even with the tightest of leggings. Odors are contained and comfort is maintained, even during an overnight sleep. I will "always" keep these on hand!

Without it, I wouldn't be able to take my grandson to Chucky Cheese or go shopping with my sister. Always underwear has opened up a whole new world for me.

The pad is attached at the front to the brief with a light sticky substance. It tends to come loose and sticks to your body which can cause discomfort when removing them. I had the same problem with the Members Mark brand. When I bought Always from Walmart I did not have this problem thorughout the entire box.

OMG what has happened to the quality. I have been using these a long time the last 2 orders were horrible The pad in the back of the underwear just are not securely attached it rolls down and bunches up and is so uncomfortable. I have e resorted to taking a new pair turning it inside out and taping the pad to the underwear underwear with several pieces of tape. It is necessary especially in the middle ppart at the end of the pad. I guess I need to start looking for a new product

Daughter prefers wearing these overnight on 'heavy' period nights and thought these would be fine. They are besides the fact they are very bulky and tall. Do exactly what we want them to but they feel like pull on diapers more than an actual discreet pair or underwear and given the name I just thought they'd feel differently than they do is all.
