These underwear keep your clothes and bedding clean and dry. she says she likes that they keep her drier than a pad does. She also says the underwear make her feel a lot more protected than a regular pad that moves out of place often. Also noone can tell your not wearing regular underwear and that they are in fact period underwear to keep you protected.

I got these for my mom; she says they work well for her and offer her a sense of security when she's out & about and may not be able to find or make it to a restroom in time. Although they're not as comfortable as regular underwear, they're not uncomfortable to wear and don't feel like a heavy diaper. Overall she's happy with them.

Always actually makes underwear for individuals with incontinence and they work. I wear these almost every day due to incontinence issues and incontinence. The feel is nice, soft; and keeps me dry!. I have gone the entire night and I wake up dry. My accidents and leakage are absorbed by the underwear and they hold tight against my body. I have had times when I am out running errands and I had an accident. The underpants held on strong and i had no leakage or smell onto my clothes. The product does run on the smaller size. I do not have any bulkl or lines in my jeans or shorts when I wore these. My only complaint is that the look is not great. In fact they are very ugly but that does not mean they do not get the job done because the 100% do!'The style has changed throughput the years but they could be better. A better design would be nice: i do love the brand, the feel, and how it keeps me fresh. I definitely recommend Always Underpants.

I have been using another brand for many years and was getting less and less satisfied. When the flu hit I could not get that brand any more. (which turned out a good thing). I reordered Always. I love them. They are softer, holds amore and are more comfortable. I now a new favorate.
