I've been using downy for years and was intrigued when I saw this new product. It met or exceeded every expectation I had and made my laundry smell like the great downy scent I already love. I was able to test the Downy Fresh Protect for free, but all opinions are my own.

I grew up in a household where my mother used Downey, and I miss the smell on the clothing. Due to sensitive skin/allergies in my household, I no longer use scents on a regular basis, but decided to try it on some items, beginning with my workout wear. I used less than the suggested amount and still got the desired effect. My whole main floor smelled "Downey fresh," as did the clothing washed. These were great for s freshening pick me up. I recommend them for that smell of freshened laundry!

I was sent three free samples of Downy April Fresh laundry additive, and used it as soon as I got them! My sheets, duvet cover and clothes smell so fresh! My whole apartment smells clean and my closet no longer has that "closet smell." My clothes feel softer, and I was afraid that the beads would stain my clothes but they didn't! I'm definitely going to purchase these in the future.

These are in addition to your regular detergent and softener. Although these beads smell fantastic, I don't really feel they're a laundry necessity if you're already using a Downy softener. I keep mine in a drawer, in a baggie with pinholes - it acts as a sachet and keeps my clothes fresh smelling. *I received this product for free, but all opinions are my own.

I love everything about this product. I use it on my sheets, towels, and clothes to keep them smelling fresh. I made my own spray home deodorizer with them. I put some in a baggie with a couple holes hanging in closets to keep the room smelling fresh. I keep a small handful in my drawers to keep them smelling good. They go great in gym bags to keep it fresh and not musty. I received my Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are your own.

I love these odor defense beads! My bedding still smells wonderful 1 week after using. Socks still smell fresh at the end of the day. Using them for my washable curtains. Now we just need an odor defense scented Fabreeze as strong as the beads for items we can't wash in a machine.

I LOVE this product. I am a big fan of good smelling clothing. This product does just that. I helps control the odors and adds lasting amazing freshness to my linens. This is most definitely a product that I will keep on hand. It does not take much. A little goes a long way. This little laundry beads smell great! They really freshen up your clothes and leave them smelling great all day. I've even opened one of the packets up that I received free for review and put it in my car to use as an air freshener. It smells like fresh, clean laundry. I would highly recommend!
