I received this product recently through a service to review but the following opinions are my own. I really enjoy this product because it makes the laundry smell amazing. Before receiving this product I purchased it on my own and I loved the result because it smelled so good. My only complain is that you have to use this product in addition to fabric softener, which it would be great if this was also a softening product. I love the smell April Fresh because it is super clean smelling. I would recommend this product.

I washed my gym clothes with the odor shield and LOVE the result! I can go work out and leave without smelling like I worked out! If you are sensitive to strong scents, this one may not be your best bet, but I happen to really like how the beads smell. I tested the Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are my own.

I love using these scent beads in my laundry. It gives my clothes a fresh, long-lasting scent. 2 drawbacks: you have to use a lot to get a substantial scent and considering the product doesn't do anything more than add scent to your clothes, it is expensive. First An foremost shout of to influenster for this awesome product. Ok so I decided to use this on my sheets an blankets an wow, the smell is amazing. An they stay fresh for so long. Every time I get into bed all I smell is the fresh clean smell of sheets. I will definitely be buy this product, next time I go the store. I love the smell of clean especially laundry detergent.. Knowing my clothes are clean and not just that but that they smell great. Sometimes when I do my laundry I do a lot of clothes and by the time I get to that clothing it doesn't smell much like detergent. When I got the opportunity to try downy odor shield in the April fresh scent that was send to me by influenster I felt on love. My clothes smelled soo good best part my comforter and sheets as well. The scent lasted for a good amount of time, that's a plus when you have dogs. I will for ever continue to use this product in this scent or new scents that downy brings out. Is there anything better than getting into a freshly made bed where the sheets smell like fabric softener and as if they've just been removed from the clothesline? It's one of life's little joys. I used the Downy Fresh Protect on my sheets and towels and couldn't be happier with the result. On top of them smelling great when you're using your towels or getting into bed, the smell of freshly laundered linens when I open my linen closet is just heavenly. I will be buying this again!

I received this product free in my @Influenster #Goddess #VoxBox. Otherwise, the truth it I might not have given it a try. I loved the smell (April Fresh) and thought it wasn't too powerful when getting clithes out of the dryer. I enjoyed the sample and would use them again on my kids' sports clothes and other really dirty clothes to help them stay fresh.

For years I've had issues keeping my linens and towels smelling fresh, even a day or 2 after washing them. I tried out this product, and low & behold, it worked! I purposefully hid towels that I had washed in these beads to see what the outcome would be a week later. Guess what? They smelled like I had just washed them earlier the same day. I am so grateful this product found its way to me, and, I'll be using it from here forward. I did test this product out for free, but, all opinions stated are my own!

Love this product! After the wash, it leaves a mild, floral fresh scent in the laundry. The scent is not overpowering and is only noticeable when held at a close distance. The scent tends to linger for a few days after the clothes have been dried and put in your closet or drawers - which I love! I absolutely love this stuff! I used it in the wash as soon as I received it and was more than impressed. This product had my laundry smelling amazing. The scent actually lingered after I removed my clothes from the wash. I'd definitely use this product again and recommend it to others I know.
