I have used a similar product to this one before and I stop because i didn't really think it was necessary. But honestly this one is hands down awesome!!. I love the smell, it will last forever and I just love how awesome my clothes feel after using it. I can totally tell a difference from this to the other product. Totally love it.

I loved the Downy April Fresh. It smelled AMAZING. When I dropped them in and started the load, I began smelling the product immediately. After my load was complete, my entire apatment smelled great. I received this product for free, but am excited to purchase this after using it.

When I received this as a test product, I was curious as to if it would work because I had never seen anything like it before! I am so please with how fresh and how soft my clothes are now that I have used Downy Fresh! I would highly recommend for everyone who wants to smell super nice all the time!

A little annoyed that I just wrote a very long review and then when I went to preview and post it gave me an error and deleted everything I just spent 15 minutes writing. I'll sum up the quick version...product smells amazing...I don't like that it looks like candy. After having the thought cross my mind, my 3 year old daughter right after said "these look like candy, can we eat them?" And I had to explain why that was a no no and had to store them high out of reach. The product definitely delivers that nice fresh scent though. Overall I'm very pleased. I was sent this product for free, which is perfect because I use these all the time any way. In my opinion, I think this smells amazing and the smell really lingers in your clothes. Once my laundry is done my entire room smells beautiful when I bring up my freshly washed clothes.

This item leaves your clothes and other washables smelling clean and fresh. it is comprised of tiny blue pebble things. They left a nice clean and fresh odor to my things after I took them out of the wash and then I put them in the dryer. I have to say the fresh smell lasted several days, so I suspect this product was the reason. The smell was nice, not overpowering. It has kind of a floral smell. I think it would work best with clothes or towels or sheets that need a little help--things that have some odor on them, especially clothes. I won't say that this item is an absolute must purchase, I think if you use the right detergent, one that is scented, you will get nice smelling clothes out of the wash, but I like this product and would probably buy it in the future. Who doesn't want to smell clean and fresh? Might not use on all my items but with summer coming, it might be good for items that have a sweat odor on them. I tested this product for free but all opinions are mine!

I received a sample of the fresh protect April-fresh in wash odor shield and used it on clothes and sheets that had a weird smell from sitting in an old drawer for a long time that regular laundry detergent alone couldn't get out. Now they came out smelling fresh and clean! I will definitely purchase this again!
