I received this product for free in return for an honest review. I had wanted to try Downy beads for awhile and was glad I was able to participate in this test. I received 3 packs of Downy beads. I used them a few days ago and really liked them. However, at first I was a bit confused about how to use them, because the package directions were a bit confusing. It said to empty packet into washer, but I missed the “empty” part and wasn't sure if I needed to cut the pack open or not. I put on my reader glasses and saw that I was supposed to cut the package and pour the beads into the wash. I would definitely recommend Downy beads.

I am a huge fan of these laundry ad ins. I use Unstoppables on my towels and linens. This product is just as great, it is just geared more for my day to day items. I still really enjoy them. I use them on the clothes I wear most often. I will absolutely be buying this product as I received it for free for my review. That being said my opinion is totally my own.

So at first I was cautious to use these because I have never used anything like this before but now I am glad I did. I was worried it would ruin the washing machine or possibly stain it. This Downey Fresh Product in wash odor shield is amazing and does exactly what it states. I pulled my laundry out of the washing machine and the fragrance was like no other. spelt so fresh and clean. I would highly recommend. I tested the beads for free but all opinions are my own.

I really loved the clean, fresh scent of this product. It seems really great for particularly smelly loads, or things that you want smelling fresh for a long time. I threw some of these beads in with a load that had workout clothes in it, and I'll probably do a load of sheets, too. It's a pretty strong scent, so I don't think I'll use it in every load of laundry, however. I received this product free for testing purposes, but all opinions are my own.

I'm a long time user of downy products so I was excited to try these. I've tried other laundry scent beads but none claim to have odor defense like this Downy product. I have some jeans that sometimes give off a metallic smell. I don't know if it's from the jeans themselves, being washed with my husbands work clothes or what but using the Downy fresh protect I noticed the metallic smell went away and the entire load had that great downy smell. I must disclose I was given this product to review but all opinion are my own and the honest truth.

This stuff is great! I love the touch of Febreze especially. But the scent is a bit strong for me. Maybe I will try using less on the next load but besides that, its an awesome product. I recieved this product free for test purposes but does not effect my opinion.

I used this on my kids clothes. makes them smell great. especially my sons who his clothes sometimes smell bad lol. this really freshened them up. I wanted to try these, I got a free sample to review but all opinions are my own and I will be buying these on my own too.

I LOVE the smell of these beads! They're a fresh scent and leave my clothes smelling great. However, the scent doesn't last forever or throughout the entire day of wearing the freshly washed clothes. But nonetheless, they work beautifully and I definitely recommend! I was sent this product for free, but all opinions are my own and I've already gone out to buy some more!

The smell of the beads is really good. I used it with my color clothes and as they were washing you could walk by the washing machine and you could feel the smell. Even after putting the clothes in the dryer with different smelling dryer sheets you could feel the nice smell while folding the clothes. So the smell really gets into the clothes so that it gets released with time as you use the clothes. I got this product for free but my opinions are my own.

I had never heard of deodorant for your clothes, but I think it's brilliant! Being on-the-go commuting back and forth from downtown for work and working out multiple times a week can leave my clothes smelling not so nice. Just like I would deodorize before work or a workout, I like the idea of being able to do the same when doing laundry. It's an extra added safety net against strong odors and super easy to use. I especially liked how it is also easy to transport to and from the laundry room. I tested the Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free from Influenster, but all of my opinions are my own!
