The front has one design and then the back and sides have little designs. The inside is very durable and thick too to help prevent leaks. The sides tear easily for easy removal. They don't bunch up under clothes so they don't get embarrassed with having to wear a pull up.

One thing I did notice is that the sizing runs a bit big, but now that I know, I'll size down next time. They're very easy for my toddler to pull down and back up independently, which has been great for potty training. So far they've also held up well and seem durable even with a few accidents. I haven't noticed any order which is another plus! Been super convenient throughout the day if there's an accident it's quick and easy to throw away unlike normal underwear. These have been a helpful option for us!

You can tell just by looking at them how comfortable they are. They are ideal for potty training and helping children transition to using the toilet at home. The absorbency its reliable both during the day at night, and they're easy to put on and take off. They're not too thick but not too thin either, just the perfect fit. Durable and well make. Very absorbent and this is a 5t but they fit my 2 year olds, with the stretchy bands it can fit smaller or larger than 5t. It's easy for them to move and be wild in!
