We're sorry to hear this, and want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure you get the best from your Swiffer Duster. We'd like to learn more about your experience to help, as well as share this with our Quality Team. When you have a chance, please get in touch with us at (800) 214-8734.

We're so very sorry to learn your Swiffer Duster Refill with a Handle wasn't as you expect. It sounds like you may have confused our Duster with another kind, as our Dusters rest directly on the Handle, no hold pin needed. Fluff the Duster up by holding onto an end in each hand. Then, see-saw your hands up and down. By doing this, it'll open up the fingers, and allow more space for you to collect dust. On the back, you'll see two sleeves you can slide the handle into. After fully inserting the prongs. smooth out the sleeves, but make sure they're fully covering the prongs. This'll help keep your Duster on the handle. If you need further help, give us a call any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 214-8734.

Thank you for sharing that your Swiffer handle is too short. Our team is always researching, and taking in feedback to help us design our Swiffer products in ways that we believe everyone will love as much as we do. We appreciate your feedback, and will be sure to share this with our team. If you'd like to share more with us, please feel free to give us a call at (800) 962-7524.
