Paid extra for the tide because of a problem with leaking pods from All detergent. had a pod leaf tide in the first of four bags leaking blue detergent out.

I have occasionally tried other brands including Persil and Oxyclean Soap pads, but I always end up coming back to Tide. It cleans, whitens, and the clothes feel and smell good.

Mom used Tide in the 1950's to wash Dad's work clothes ( an auto mechanic) and my cloth diapers, then play clothes and school clothing as I grew up. When I married, the tradition continued. I've always been happy with the results. Still a faithful customer at age 73.

Tide with oxy works great on my child's stained khaki school pants. Each time I wash, I think these are stained too bad to come clean. Tide always comes to my rescue! I was buying the two products separately but now I can get this combo product which works Great!

Tide is more expensive than other brands, but worth the money. I have used cheaper brands and they don't get my clothes as clean. I love the pods--they are a real game changer when doing laundry. When these specific pods go on sale here, I stock up. Like this product because I don't care for the strong flowery smell of some of the other types in this brand (or the others, honestly). This is a good way for me to make sure I'm not using too much soap in my laundry loads.

Make sure if you have a large machine to use the appropriate number of pods. First time I tried this I just used 1 per load. I have a extra large top loading machine. Needless to say I didn't like it until someone mentioned to me the different amounts. For a small load - 1 pod; medium load - 1-2 pods depending on how dirty; large load - 2 pods; xlarge load - 3 pods.

I have been using tide for many years. I love the pods because they are so easy. You just pop one in the wash and it's just that simple. I have tried other detergents but I prefer tide. I love the smell of Gain but I love the cleaning power of tide. I enjoy the smell of the tide pods as well.
