And you don't have to worry about a bucket of water , filling the bucket,moving it, emptying the bucket and etc. There is a light scent of Freshness left in the air. No more straining to reach corners on the floor. When I see the Swiffer commericals on TV I want to be the person to get a Swiffer box at my door. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Sweeper Base Starter Kit converts from a compact box into full length duster/sweeper/wiper/cleaner by easily connecting a few lightweight handle pieces to the mop head. No tools required! There are ample wet and dry cloths to get you started and they easily attach to the mop portion. Small holes with "grabbers" allow you to easily secure the cloth around the mop head by simply applying some light pressure to keep the cloth in place. The dry cloths are great for dusting; perhaps too great. Their efficiency does mean they pick up EVERYTHING and you may need replace the cloth for bigger jobs. Same goes for the wet cloths. Overall the Swiffer is light weight and easily maneuverable and I would definitely recommend it for small touch ups on hardwood or tile. For bigger messes you might want to reach for that broom or vaccuum, but the Swiffer is ideal for keeping your home nice and fresh between deep cleans.

Attaching the wet or dry pads is simple and they stay on tight during use. I found that I needed two wet pads to clean my kitchen floor, which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. However, the dry pads made quick work of my dusty, pet hair covered wood floors. The Swiffer Sweeper Floor Sweeper Mop can easily replace your traditional dust mop and wet mop in one lightweight solution!

I recently purchased both a wet/dry sweeper and a 360 extender duster. The sweeper, with the wet cloth, makes short work of cleaning the kitchen floor, turning a 30 minute chore into something I can knock off in five minutes. Here's to a cleaner kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With 2 teenagers and a cat in the house it seems as though I am always cleaning up after everybody. The cat doesn't bother to wipe her paws after a romp through the wet muddy grass, the boys take their shoes off halfway past the mat, and the husband leaves it all to me! (Or so it seems) So the Swiffer Sweeper is a simple light mop to grab and follow the cat and boys around the house with. It is very good at cat hair and even my long hair which ends up on the floor in weird quantities. I did feel like the wet cloths needed to be bit better at picking things up at the end, it seemed as though it would just push the dirt around but then leave it at the front of the mop. Overall it is a very handy simple mop to keep at the ready.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this swiffer wet product. It works great on light dirt, dust and spills. It is very light and can be used on pretty much any surface, although we are reluctant to use it on hardwood a whole lot. It is not a substitute for hard scrubbing or hard mopping once in a while, but we use it in between the deeper cleanings to maintain a clean floor, and for that it is great. I wish the refills were less expensive, though. They are just paper with cleanser after all! The refill price is the only reason for deducting one star.
