[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used our Swiffer twice before deciding it isn't right for us. It does gather a lot of dust, but leaves dirt and other things on the floor. We have better luck with a regular mop on our floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to test this product out by vacuuming my living room and using the Swiffer dry followed by the Swiffer wet to see just how much my fairly powerful vacuum was leaving behind on the hardwood floors in my living room. I provided an "after" picture to show it's effectiveness. As you can see, the Swiffer dry picked up a lot of dust and dog hair left behind by the vacuum. The Swiffer wet was also effective in getting the dried on dirt/grime that would've otherwise been left behind. While the Swiffer wet/dry is effective in getting up that hard to reach dirt, I did feel that there should be a better mechanism to hold the sheets onto the bottom of the Swiffer, as there were a few times I had to reattach an end on the sheet that came loose. As another positive note, I was able to glide through my living room and kitchen and scrubbed with the Swiffer wet in all under 10 minutes.

It is easily put together and then the cloths go on easily as well, push it around your tile or hard wood floors and watch the pet hair and dust stick right to the swifter. Pick it up and put it over the trash can and pull it off. This is so Much easier than trying to use a broom and move the dust and pet hair around your room. Swifting the areas that need it versus doing a full sweep saves me time and time is money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited about trying this product but I'm frustrated at the set up. I followed the directions to attach the cloth to the fixer. The wet cloths seem too large to properly stay locked beneath the tabs. There is extra material that I needed to tuck underneath the tabs to prevent the wipe from slipping out which happened 4 times. Also the floor is very very wet. When I flipped the fixer over to use the scrubber strip, the pad became askew. Look I'm at the pictures on the box does not accurately depict how the wet pad fits the device. Maybe after a few tries I'll be better at affixing the wet pad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so thrilled with the swiffer. I mopped my floors and they were shiny, clean, and it was super easy to use. Threw it In the trash when done and then used another clean one the next time I needed to mop. Would totally recommend this product.

I really thought the other one would win but no the one I already had for years won. Only I truly find so dirty and sometimes even hurt to stick the wipe on it. And getting it of when it's dirty brrr. Yes i have a lot of dust in my house. I even use it for my walls. This is really really light so that's better. But I dont like buying new ones everytime so now the where there standing for a while but now I have to use them because I can't vacuum mine is to heavy and my kabel is to short. And swiffer have nothing to clean carpet with? I live in Europe and I already have seen things here I didn't even know existed. So maybe I missed it. But Swiffer is Okey but I would like reusable wipes or something. But for people that have to take it easy there are perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Swiffer® Sweeper® Floor Mop Starter Kit is great. Easy to assemble. The product cleans great on my hardwood floors. I had to hand scrub on some spots but it's OK and it gave the wood a great shine. We were amazed how well it cleans and shines. The mop handle is lightweight and easy to use. The mop pads fit just right. Both the wood floor and the multi-surface work great and leave a streak-free surface. I've used this Floor Kit for several times now and it has met my expectations. I highly recommend this product.

I wet mop the hardwood floors once per week, have a robotic vacuum clean the floors three times per week and dry mop intermittently. Even after the robotic vacuum cleaned only a few hours before, I used my Swiffer Sweeper and was able to pick up more dust and grime on the floor. What's the best with my Swiffer Sweeper is it's very easy to maneuver around awkward and tight spaces of my home. Also, when the cloth gets too dirty, you just toss the sheet and start afresh. Try doing that with your dry mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't for the life of me figure out how a whole dusting/mop pingsystem could fit in this little box...it just didn't seem possible. Boy was I wrong...this box contains far more than it appears to! First of all is the handle which requires very simple screw in assembly. I was concerned at first that it wasn't very sturdy. You aren't going to be doing any chin-ups on this thing or anything, but it's more than study enough to handle the task at hand. Now let's talk about the flat part that holds the sweeping and mopping pads...I'll call it the head of the unit. The fact that the head of the Swiffer is so thin makes it ideal for reaching under sofas and other furniture to clean our hardwood floors. Perfect! The dry dusting/sweeping cloths are the only things that aren't super wonderful. There is just no getting around it, if your floors are anything like mine, you're probably going to have to sweep up big stuff before using the Swiffer. The dust clothes aren't going to pick up runaway dog food pieces or beads your 8 year old has dropped on the floor, but it does a great job with loose dirt, dust and the dreaded dust bunnies. Now, let's talk about those mopping pads. Some real thought has gone into these! I like using this SO much more than using a big, stinky ol' mop! Do your dirty work and then just toss the mopping pad in the trash...BRILLIANT! All in all, I'm pretty darn impressed with how the Swiffer performs. Now, if they would just develop a dog food kibble picker upper cloth I'd be ecstatic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a lot of duster pads for my hard floors. None of them are perfect, but I like them for convenience. It's so easy to grab a swiffer duster and pick up all the dog and cat hair. I really like the new handle and pad because it is larger and softer and can get into the ridges and corners better. The wet pads are nice for a quick clean up. They are plenty wet and leave the room smelling fresh and clean.
