Great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiffer floor sweeper does an amazing job on floors! We switched from carpeting to wood floors and I'm always shocked at how much dust the Swiffer sweeper picks up! Swiffer picks up all of those tiny dust bunnies your vacuum may have missed. I'd like to thank whoever came up with the idea of Swiffer products. I hope you got a much deserved raise!

I got the full set of the wet wipes for the Swiffer pole pay quite a bit of money and then find out that it don't come with a pole for the attachment to put the wipes on there so I had to buy a dry set just to get the pole you know I can't believe this mess I don't know how they get by selling this total total manufactured problems. The wet ones that you put on the pole and the applicator the scrubbing part that you want to use you can't put it on the right position or it won't attach right it's a total joke. Plus the pole oh my gosh don't scrub your floor or your fold up the pole and just a few seconds total trash aluminum piece of junk the worst stuff I ever bought and they was not cheap I am not happy it does not scrub good you can't put enough pressure on it so the stupid thing stays on the ground flat it keeps flipping sideways I mean I am totally not happy whatsoever a piece of total crap

I bought a Swiffer Wet & Dry. I assumed it was a bad box because the poles were incorrect; they forgot to include the pole with two wide ends to attach the handle to the rest of the broom, instead there were three with one narrow end. No problem, costumer service helped me out. I went to purchase a new one and that version had the pole with two wide ends, but it is not wide enough so I cannot attach the narrow end to it. Basically I have two Swiffers and not enough correct pieces to make a complete Swiffer. Who the heck is in charge of Quality Control?

This was my husband's favorite tool for quickly cleaning our new hardwood floors. (Yes, he mops!) He bought it about three years ago. Unfortunately, the rubber pad disintegrated. Seems to me it should have lasted longer. We are still debating whether or not to purchase a replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have used the sweeper for years. We have a house full of cats and the Swiffer is invaluable in keeping the house puff-ball free. Love the wet pads also -- but only works for about 9 sq feet - which is ok in a NYC apt., but not so good for a suburban kitchen. also leaves a film on my laminate floor..., When the first side is icky, I turn the pad over and finish with the underside

The clean is good, but the handle is too short. I read a review by a user who said she is 5'5 and it was too short for her. I'm 6'1 and after cleaning the kitchen floor my lower back is killing me from stooping over to use the Sweeper. Add a 5th segment!

I did need this product, but there is an important piece missing. Send a replacement mop please with all of the parts.
