Although it seemed like a great product after I've made several attempts at using it, it left a lot to be desired. The handle is too flimsy, in order to really try to "scrub" the floor you need push down the mop but in doing so it felt like it was going to snap apart. Although the heavy duty pads were well hydrated in the cleaning solution and smelled nice they pads kept slipping off.....very annoying and time consuming. Unless you were planning to mop your already clean floors Cinderella like, Swiffer you have to make a much stronger and improved product and then I'd be happy to be a loyal customer. The "3"rating was for the affordability, the pleasant scent and the quality of the pads. The quality and durability and ease rates a 1.5.

We live in the country and have 6 rescue dogs who have doggie door access 24-7. Our floors are all tile excepting a Family Room area rug. Our German Shepherd is a real shedder even though I have her in a puppy cut during the summer. Even with that, she sheds in the summer. The dry cloth mop works fantastic in sweeping up the fuzzy dog hair. Very impressive how the dog hair fuzz sticks to the dry cloth. I am very disappointed in the wet cloths. They do a very poor job of getting spots up off of the tile; whereas, our spray mob works great on all spots .. even stubborn ones. I doubt I'll be buying any more of the wet cloths after I use up the 2 containers I ordered with the mop; but will definitely use the dry cloths as a quick pickup on the dog hair on the tile. I would not recommend this mop if you are wanting to use it as a wet mop. So am rating it a yes on recommending it for a dry mop only.

I haven't used this yet but it is in my immediate future so I am basing my review on my old Swiffer which I loved. You will notice past tense, this is my replacement. They are light and easy to use, just pick them up and are ready to be used. No messy, heavy mop buckets to carry and lug around, just pick up your Swiffer and go. My children are grown but I have dogs and they can track in mud and dirt but your Swiffer is handy and ready to clean up after them.

When I received the Swiffer Sweeper Kit it was missing one of the pieces to the handle. I guess it would have been ok if I was really short. When put together the handle was right at 28 inches. I called the Swiffer customer center and they said that the handle should be 48 inches so they were going to send me a coupon to purchase another one. I just received the coupon so I am looking forward to being able to use the Swiffer. Customer service on the Swiffer website was great.

This Swiffer set has both dry and wet mopping cloths. Have used both wet and dry Swiffer products for years. However, this would be great for the first time user. Bought this to replace my previous Swiffer mop stick as I loaned out my other one and that person liked it so much I never got it back.

I use the dry pads on my ceramic tile, hardwood and laminate floorings to remove the dust, hair and crumbs without having to drag out my vacuum. The wet pads are great to easily clean up messes as well as touching up my bathroom and kitchen floors in-between steam moppings. The mop is lightweight and the handle is a nice length. The disposable pads are very convenient.

I love the Green swiffer and I also have the purple one as well. They both are different because the green one uses already wet pads whereas the purple one uses a dry pad but gets the liquid cleaner from a bottle that you insert into it. And as far as I know you can't mix match the products because they don't work with one another. So if you buy the green one you can only use the green packaging meant specifically for that mop and vice versa with the purple one. But both work incredibly good & its super fast and easy to mop around the house if you don't like going all out with an actual mop bucket & wet mop

I love this Swiffer, it holds so good. The design of this product is outstanding. I love the locking part on the top of the swiffer pad. It clips solid and keeps the disposable pad a lot better and longer. Super to assemble for wet or dry pads. Highly recommend it

I got the starter kit to see if Swiffer could suit my needs. The dry pads worked well for my laminate wood floors when used with a spray-on cleaner. I was using a synthetic fiber dry mop but I hated washing it every time. The throw away pads are preferable. The wet pads cleaned my vinyl flooring nicely but oh, the smell! Too much, too strong, too lingering. It took a day to air out. I won't be using the wet ones.

Stiffer is a back saver. It makes it so easy to keep your floors clean daily. Easy to dust under furniture, dust walls, etc
