Sorry to hear you didn't have the best experience with the Swiffer Sweeper. Were you using the wet cloths, dry cloths, or are you talking about both? Do you know if the grout is sealed? We wouldn't expect this from our disposable electrostatic dry cloths or wet mopping cloths since it is designed to attract and trap dust unless you have a certain type of floor that this product shouldn't be used on. We do not recommend using this on unfinished, oiled, waxed wooden boards or non-sealed tiles because they may be water sensitive.
