[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just finished using the swiffer floor duster for the 3rd time and I am even less satisfied with it than I am the first and second time. It does collect some dust, but it does not get all of the dust. MOST of what was on the floor, had to be pushed in front of the duster and when I was finished with the floor, I had to use sweeper to collect it, which wasn't anything more than dust and a bit of loose dirt. When I find a product that does what it is advertised or better, I recommend it to my friends. When I find one that does NOT, I contact the makers in hopes of them making it a better product. I hope to hear from you in reguard to this comment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit I'm not much of a housekeeper but with the Swiffer Sweeper I can breeze through the house and it looks great. Gone are dust bunnies, hair, crumbs--all caught on my Swiffer. Try it and you'll love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Swiffer Sweeper that had the 1.5X wider mop. However the wet cloths do not fit the entire length of the mop, they are only 10" wide, a little over half. Not sure how this is supposed to work if the wet cloth doesn't fit over the entire mop surface. It does smell good, but seems to leave a film on the floor as one of the other reviewers mentioned.

This works okay, and really works good for picking up glitter when doing crafts, but I absolutely hate having to throw out the pads, as it is not very environmentally friendly or responsible! It would be great if some how all of your dusters, and pads were compostable or recyclable. i know you have a recycling program through terracycle, but that doesn't seem to be readily available in most places here on Canada. I also want to know if the wet pads are safe to use with cats, such as by their litter box?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Swiffer, but when putting the cloth onto the Swiffer I wish the cloth were folder the opposite direction. It would work better, and quicker, and easier, because I wouldn't have a need to open the cloth and turn it over--I would simply place it on the bottom of the item and THEN open each side to connect it to the Swiffer's punch-in's. Try it. REVERSE the folds!!!

Your product is great. I have been using it for years. Two years ago we put in a new floor in the kitchen and family room, so I decided to purchase the new mop. I was tired for carring the mop up and down the stairs to clean my two bathroom up stairs. Since then I have purchased two mops, not because I liked them but, because I had to. The handle of both of my new mops broke. Please go back to the old design. It works. Why do you have to try and improve on something the works the first time. This new mop is not working.

I would use again!!! It's so easy, my son could do it!

Sturdy tool that makes cleaning up quick and easy. Also easy to store because it doesn't take up tons of space.

This stuff is so good to get the dust out of your fan, your floors, and hard to reach parts and it's so easy to remove the head and add a new one

Seems to clean pretty well but the handle is too short! Why isn't there a 2 ft. extender available so you don't have bend over so much?
