[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My swiffer broom bottom literally fell apart. I can still put the wrap on it but the cushion part on the bottom fell apart! Where can I get just the bottom cushion part?

I have a big dog so there is lots of fur, all the time. This is great to trap all the dog hair that I feel the broom just pushes around. They also make great dusting cloths in a pinch!

I have furry dogs. I vacuum daily but this little gem is fantastic at getting those fur-tumble weeds from all of those hard to reach areas. It's great on walls that need to be dusted as well.

Love my swifter it's effective easy to store and small and a great value for the money it works so well I tend to use it more often than my regular mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can they have a qualtiy control? Have a carton of the refill wet pads. Backwards, sideways and upside down. ReallY? What a pain to figure it out to mop.

I can't figure out how the pads attach to the mop. My pads aren't wide enough to get around to the grippers. Rubber banding them on didn't seen to help.

I rlove how flexible the mop is and i also really like that it has holes so you can put different wipes in it. A tiny bit expensive but it gets the job done and there are many different sizes.

The sweeper doesn't hold the the wet or dry cloths anymore, do I need to buy a new every time isn't working?? Why do I need to keep buying the products if the sweeper doesn't work anymore?
