I miss the old

Why did you have to change the design? I was a faithful user as the Sweeper cleaned so good. Now with the "waffle" design, it leaves a lot to be desired. I will be in line to use a new product if someone comes out with something similar.

Missing parts?

Wish I had read the reviews. Was so excited about this but simply cannot find a way to attach poles together, think the green part is missing a button so none of the poles can attach to the mop head.

Quality control needs to double check their work

Missing pieces 😢 I thought I was going crazy because when i opened it and im like hey easy peasy and then the nightmare as to why they weren't connecting properly this box came with a missing rod... 😔

wish it was better

very good product

I really enjoy my Swiffer duster. it makes clean up so easy. I do have one problem. I have lost my charger cord and having trouble replacing it. I do still use the Swiffer, however, it makes it so easy when you have the sweeper part working.

New Handle Design Defective

I have been a loyal Swifter user for years. The newer designed handle breaks easily. I have had two that have broken on me. I even tried to super glue it back on but they both still keep breaking in the same place.

Bye Bye Dog Hair!!

A must in every home amazing

I have been using this product for almost 3 years, very happy with it. It's very light weight, with my disability of using one arm to sweep and mop. This here is such a great thing for me. Great value and very easy to apply pads very light weight.

Unusual Use

I just love your swiffer sweeper and I use it on all my floors. Another use I have found is that it does a terriffic job reaching spiders and insects on the walls and ceiling. I can kill them and then toss the cloth. Quick and Easy!
