I own one of these and it does an amazing job at cleaning up spills and it didn't disappoint me and I wouldn't improve this product pros very easy to setup cons doesn't stay flat on the floor

company is trying to save money When I first starting using swiffer wet I loved the convenience. But now every time I push the mop the cloth comes off, in a 10 foot square you have to put the pad back on at least 5 times, I am so annoyed,

I was disappointed first of all by the dry cloths. I thought it would pick up the dirt and it turned out I needed to use a broom and dustpan to pick it up anyway. I will try and use the wet cloths and see if I get better results.

How do I keep the pads to stay on, everytime I use it, it falls off. I have a swiffer sweeper floor mop starter kit. I have wooden floors in my apartment. Please help

I've bought this a couple of years ago and still use it. It's easy to use and works great. It's a good alternative for when I don't want to use the vacuum. Recommend it!

I am so disappointed that you don't sell the individual wrapped wet pads. Please put ten or so in a box and sell them for us that are tried of the last half of the box going dry.. thanks
